This CD comes in .pdf format and contains the Assembly, Senate and US Congress district maps found in our book. District Profiles of the California Election Districts -– 2012-2021.   Each of the 80-Assembly, 40-Senate and 53-Congressional districts is a separate .pdf file. 

The district information has been updated to reflect the 2012-2021 reapportionment using data from the 2010 Census.  The data and charts for each district will help you understand the demographics (e.g., age, income, race, etcl) and voting behavior of each district, and see how each district compares to the state as a whole.  Useful information on income, population, ethnicity, average family and household size, voter registration by party and election results is included for each district.

The .pdf format, designed for convenient 8.5”x11” print-outs, allows for easy reproduction of the pages and gives you the ability to send information on an election district as an email attachment.   The CD includes the permission of Capitol Enquiry for you to print copies of the .pdf files for distribution within your organization.
