This bill would amend certain laws related to mortgages, specifically those involving trustee sales of real property. It would remove certain eligible parties from the definition of "eligible bidder" and apply the provisions only to trustee's sales of eligible property. Eligible bidders would be required to include a 1.2% fee in their bids.
