AB 2239: Infrastructure-constrained energization areas: energization timelines: environmental review.

This bill aims to improve the efficiency and reliability of California's electrical grid. The PUC will also designate areas as "infrastructure-constrained energization areas" and adopt rules for over-the-fence transactions in these areas.
