This bill aims to modify the definition of a "successor beer manufacturer" to include any person, whether licensed or unlicensed, who acquires the rights to manufacture, import, or distribute a product. The current definition only includes a beer manufacturer. This change would expand the scope of entities subject to the requirements applicable to successor beer manufacturers.
