AB 665: Commissioner of Financial Protection and Innovation: report: Office of the Ombuds.

This bill amends the financial code to require the commissioner of financial protection and innovation to prepare and publish an annual report detailing actions taken under the consumer financial protection law. The report must include information on actions taken with respect to financial technology innovation office activities and the office of the ombuds. This will provide transparency and accountability in the implementation of the consumer financial protection law.
