<p>This bill directs the Secretary of State to withdraw Assembly Constitutional Amendment No. 13 from consideration by the voters of California.</p> <p>Previously, the legislature had adopted Amendment No. 13, which required the Secretary of State to submit the measure to the electorate for a vote at the November 3, 2026, statewide general election.</p> <p>Instead of proceeding with that election, this resolution cancels the requirement for Amendment No. 13 to appear on the ballot.</p>
