It also restricts the sharing of medical information related to gender-affirming health care or mental health care with out-of-state law enforcement agencies without a warrant, subpoena, or court order. The bill limits the use of the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES) database to prevent the imposition of civil, criminal, or disciplinary liability based on another state's laws for the provision or receipt of these services.
