SB 621: Voter registration: military and overseas voters.

<p>This bill would repeal a provision that allowed military and overseas voters to register after the closing date of registration under certain circumstances. The provision is considered obsolete as it is now included in the general conditional voter registration process. Military and overseas voters would now be able to register and vote using the same process as other eligible voters.</p>
