The bill requires the department of fish and wildlife to issue reduced fee hunting and sport fishing licenses to qualified residents who have not been convicted of a fish and game code violation and have provided adequate documentation. These licenses will be available starting no later than January 1, 2027, and will remain in effect until January 1, 2032.
