SB 93: Weapons: robotic devices.

This bill would prohibit the operation of robotic devices equipped or mounted with weapons. It would make this a punishable infraction with a fine of at least $100 but not more than $2,000. The bill would exclude certain individuals, including government officials and employees of organizations researching, developing, or manufacturing robotic devices for government use, if they can demonstrate the device is being used for that purpose.
