The bill aims to amend the vehicle and traffic law and the parks, recreation and historic preservation law to provide incentives for vintage snowmobile registrations. Additionally, a new fee of $5 will be imposed on residents and nonresidents for each snowmobile manufactured more than thirty years prior to the current calendar year. This fee will support the snowmobile trail development and maintenance fund.
