DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Codes AN ACT to amend the penal law, in relation to certain large capacity ammunition feeding devices The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision a of section 265.20 of the penal law is amended 2 by adding a new paragraph 11-a to read as follows: 3 11-a. Possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device manu- 4 factured before September thirteenth, nineteen ninety-four. 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to 6 have been in full force and effect on and after January 15, 2014.
