A 2743: Provides for salary schedule parity for positions designated managerial or confidential with comparable union-represented positions.
What A 2743 does, verified March 31, 2026
The proposed law aims to ensure salary schedule parity for certain state employees. Employees in managerial or confidential positions, regardless of their classification, will be paid a salary range not less than that of comparable positions represented by unions.
