A 3958: Relates to the computation of building aid for the construction, reconstruction or modernizing of no more than one project by the Boquet Valley Central school district.
The bill aims to amend the education law to provide a more flexible approach to computing building aid for the Boquet Valley Central School District. It introduces a new subparagraph that allows for the establishment of multi-year cost allowances for a single project, which can be used twice within the first five-year period. After the initial allowance, new multi-year cost allowances can be established at least ten years later. This change is intended to provide more flexibility and support for the district's construction, reconstruction, or modernization projects. The amendments take effect immediately.
