STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 4836 2025-2026 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY February 6, 2025 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. MANKTELOW -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the village law, in relation to authorizing the village of Sodus Point, in the town of Sodus, county of Wayne to allow golf carts on certain streets The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The village law is amended by adding a new section 6-634 to 2 read as follows: 3 § 6-634 Village of Sodus Point; golf carts. The trustees of the 4 village of Sodus Point may authorize the use of golf carts on certain 5 streets under the exclusive control and jurisdiction of such village. 6 § 2.
