The proposed law aims to protect consumers and delivery workers by regulating thirty-minute delivery services. These services are required to clearly state in their advertisements that delivery is not guaranteed within thirty minutes, and that consumers should allow more than thirty minutes for delivery. Delivery workers are also informed that there is no penalty for failing to deliver within thirty minutes.
