What A 6035 does, verified January 8, 2026
The bill aims to amend the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law to expand telephone wagering accounts. Telephone wagering accounts can include wireline or wireless phones, internet, and other devices used to display live races and special events, and transmit wagers. The new provision allows for the display of live races and special events without the need for a regional off-track betting corporation to participate, but requires the express consent of the originator.
