The proposed law aims to restrict the disclosure of photographs depicting the sexual or intimate parts of minors. These photographs will be subject to in-camera review before disclosure to determine the manner in which they should be shown to the parties involved. The court will consider factors such as the body parts depicted, the age of the minor, the nature of the photograph, and the relevance of the information. The photograph will be disclosed only to the counsel and relevant experts for the defendant, with a rebuttable presumption in favor of this approach. The law will take effect 90 days after it becomes a law.
