STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 7487 2025-2026 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY March 28, 2025 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. BRABENEC -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the village law, in relation to authorizing the village of Greenwood Lake, county of Orange to allow golf carts on certain streets The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The village law is amended by adding a new section 6-634 to 2 read as follows: 3 § 6-634 Village of Greenwood Lake; golf carts. The trustees of the 4 village of Greenwood Lake may authorize the use of golf carts on certain 5 streets under the exclusive control and jurisdiction of such village. 6 § 2.
