STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 7694 2025-2026 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY April 4, 2025 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. CONRAD -- read once and referred to the Committee on Labor AN ACT to amend chapter 413 of the laws of 2003 amending the labor law relating to the self-employment assistance program and other matters, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 10 of chapter 413 of the laws of 2003 amending the 2 labor law relating to the self-employment assistance program and other 3 matters, as amended by chapter 293 of the laws of 2023, is amended to 4 read as follows: 5 § 10. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that 6 sections eight and nine of this act shall expire December 7, [2025] 2027 7 when upon such date the provisions of such sections shall be deemed 8 repealed. 9 § 2.
