Section 3 of a chapter of the laws of 2024 amending the 2 social services law relating to the application for the medicare savings 3 program, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 8650 and A. 7570, 4 is amended to read as follows: 5 § 3. This act shall take effect [immediately; provided, however, that6section two of this act shall take effect on the same date and in the7same manner as section 4 of part AAA of chapter 56 of the laws of 2022,8takes effect] April 1, 2026. 9 § 2.
