The bill requires federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics to cover the cost of all ovulation enhancing drugs dispensed to their patients. This means that these health centers will be responsible for paying for these medications, which were previously only eligible for pricing under a federal program. The change will take effect immediately, and the state will no longer need to pay for these medications.
