SKOUFIS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT to amend chapter 510 of the laws of 2016, amending the tax law relating to the imposition of a hotel and motel tax in the town of Woodbury, in relation to the effectiveness thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 510 of the laws of 2016, amending the 2 tax law relating to the imposition of a hotel and motel tax in the town 3 of Woodbury, as amended by chapter 456 of the laws of 2022, is amended 4 to read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be 6 deemed repealed [9] 12 years after such date. 7 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
