STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 3320 2025-2026 Regular Sessions IN SENATE January 24, 2025 ___________ Introduced by Sen. CLEARE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend chapter 769 of the laws of 2023, amending the public health law relating to the adult cystic fibrosis assistance program, in relation to the effectiveness thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 769 of the laws of 2023, amending the 2 public health law relating to the adult cystic fibrosis assistance 3 program, as amended by section 14 of part B of chapter 57 of the laws of 4 2024, is amended to read as follows: 5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire March 31, 6 [2025] 2030 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be 7 deemed repealed. 8 § 2.
