To amend sections 122.09, 123.28, 123.281, 169.08, 323.152, 718.13, 4503.065, 5735.50, and 5735.99 and to repeal sections 123.282, 123.283, and 169.081 of the Revised Code and to repeal Section 229.40 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly as subsequently amended to temporarily suspend the motor fuel tax, to repeal the law requiring the escheatment of unclaimed funds to the state and the funding of the Brook Park project and major sports facilities projects, to create an electric bill credit, to increase the homestead exemption amount and income limit, to make an appropriation, and to declare an emergency.
