HB 110: Increase the penalty for repeat voyeurism
The bill aims to increase penalties for repeat voyeurism. It defines voyeurism as secretly or surreptitiously recording another person's private areas without their consent. The law would increase penalties for repeat offenders, making them guilty of more severe crimes. The bill also prohibits the recording of minors and individuals in private areas without consent. The law would be repealed, replacing it with the new provisions.
