To enact new section 6109.20 and to repeal section 1
6109.20 of the Revised Code to prohibit a public 2
water system from adding fluoride to its water. 3

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That new section 6109.20 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows: 5
Sec. 6109.2o. No public water system shall add fluoride to 6
the water supplied by the system. 7
Section 2. That section 6109.20 of the Revised Code is 8
hereby repealed. 9
