HB 35: Designate the Al Oliver Highway
This bill designates a portion of state route 125 in Scioto County as the "Al Oliver Highway". The bill adds a new section to the revised code that requires the eastbound and westbound lanes of this section of the highway to be known as the "Al Oliver Highway". The director of transportation is authorized to erect suitable markers along the highway to indicate its name.

To enact section 5534.964 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 125 in Scioto 2
County as the "Al Oliver Highway." 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5534.964 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows: 5
Sec. 5534.964. In addition to any other name prescribed by 6
the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes 7
of state route number one hundred twenty-five, between rocky 8
fork road and United States route number fifty-two, in Scioto 9
county, shall be known as the "Al Oliver Highway." 10
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name. 12
