HB 364: Require food service operation note certain allergens on the menu
This bill requires food service operations to clearly denote on their menus the presence of certain common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Catering food service operations must also inform patrons in a reasonable manner about the food items that include these allergens.
