HB 381: Create the DoItForJack license plate
The state of Ohio will create a new license plate called "doitforjack" and allocate its funds. The funds will be collected from motor vehicle registrants who choose to purchase this specialty license plate. The collected contributions will be deposited into the "doitforjack" license plate contribution fund, which will be managed by the state.

To amend section 4501.21 and to enact section 4503.937 of the Revised Code to create the "DoItForJack" license plate.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 4501.21 be amended and section 4503.937 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 4501.21. (A) There is hereby created in the state treasury the license plate contribution fund. The fund shall consist of all contributions for specialty license plates paid by motor vehicle registrants and collected by the registrar of motor vehicles pursuant to the Revised Code sections referenced in division (B) of this section.
(B) The registrar shall pay the contributions the registrar collects in the fund as follows:
