HB 432: Designate Patrolman Earl W. Casterline Memorial Highway
This bill proposes to rename a portion of East Kemper Road in Hamilton County to the "Patrolman Earl W. Casterline Memorial Highway. The name change will recognize Earl W. Casterline's service and sacrifice as a law enforcement officer. The director of transportation will be authorized to install markers along the highway to indicate its new name. To enact section 5534.482 of the Revised Code to
designate a portion of East Kemper Road in
Hamilton County as the "Patrolman Earl W.
Casterline Memorial Highway."
That section 5534.482 of the Revised Code be
enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5534.482. In addition to any other name prescribed in
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of east Kemper road,
between tri county parkway and Lebanon road, in Hamilton county,
shall be known as the "Patrolman Earl W. Casterline Memorial
Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers
along the highway indicating its name.
