HB 462: Regards student use of a nasal epinephrine delivery device
<div> <p>The bill authorizes schools, school districts, and camps to procure and use additional types of epinephrine delivery systems beyond traditional autoinjectors. These include intranasal sprays and any other devices designated by the state board of pharmacy through rules adopted under section 4729.262.</p> <p>The Department of Education is required to compile a list of organizations offering free or reduced-cost epinephrine delivery systems to qualifying schools, which must be made available on their website and sent electronically to each school district.</p> </div>
