The law requires ticket sellers to disclose the total cost of a ticket, including all fees and surcharges, in an easily readable and conspicuous manner. This includes the operator's base ticket price, any additional fees, and the total cost of a season ticket. Ticket sellers must also provide clear information about the ticket, including the location of the event, the seat number, row, and section number, and the refund policy. The law prohibits selling more than one copy of the same ticket to a place of entertainment and directly or indirectly employing another person to purchase tickets for resale.
