HB 611: Issue medical marijuana processor cultivation, dispensary license

The bill aims to issue cultivation and dispensary licenses for certain medical marijuana processors. It allows dispensary holders with a certificate of operation or medical provisional license to obtain adult use dispensary licenses, with certain restrictions. Level I and Level II cultivators with a certificate of operation or medical provisional license can obtain adult use dispensary licenses and cultivator licenses, respectively. A processor with a certificate of operation can obtain an adult use processor license. Testing laboratories with a certificate of operation can obtain an adult use testing laboratory license.
