HR 240: Honoring the Louisville Rotary Club on its Centennial.

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th 1 General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Louisville 2 Rotary Club on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth 3 Anniversary, celebrated September 27, 2025; and 4

WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting 5 tribute to the Louisville Rotary Club, for it has attained a 6 remarkable record of service to the area. Since its inception in 1925, 7 this association has exemplified the values of volunteerism, service, 8 and civic engagement, and its accomplishments are a justifiable source 9 of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the group itself 10 but also on its dedicated members, both past and present, on the 11 community, and on its parent organization; and 12

WHEREAS, Over the past century, the Louisville Rotary Club has 13 enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area, and through 14 its generous contributions, it has earned the respect and gratitude of 15 generations of people. We are certain that as this noteworthy 16 organization maintains its unfaltering commitment, it will continue in 17 the tradition of excellence that has long been its hallmark; and 18

WHEREAS, We are proud to note that it is through the unceasing 19 efforts of entities such as the Louisville Rotary Club that Ohio has 20 gained a reputation as a state that is responsive to the needs of its 21 citizens and has remained a pleasant place in which to live and work. 22 This fine group is truly deserving of high praise; therefore be it 23
