A RESOLUTION
Honoring First National Bank on its One Hundred
Fiftieth Anniversary.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to 2
First National Bank on the memorable occasion of its Sesquicentennial; 3
and 4
WHEREAS, First National Bank was founded in 1875 in Bellevue, and 5
it has since experienced consistent growth and prosperity due to its 6
attention to friendly, reliable, and convenient service. Indeed, this 7
remarkable financial institution has provided countless individuals in 8
the local communities with outstanding fiscal guidance and leadership, 9
and it has gained a well-deserved reputation for professionalism over 10
the years; and 11
WHEREAS, Throughout the past fifteen decades, First National Bank 12
has witnessed many fluctuations in the economic climate of our state 13
and nation, but it has always remained responsive to the needs and 14
concerns of its customers. This worthy enterprise has enhanced the 15
quality of life in the communities it serves, and we are certain that 16
as the bank begins another decade of service, it will continue in the 17
tradition of excellence that has been its hallmark since its founding; 18
and 19
WHEREAS, The success of First National Bank is a justifiable 20
source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on the business 21
itself but also on its astute management and hard-working employees. 22
Their vision and initiative have earned the institution the gratitude 23
and appreciation of many satisfied customers, and they are truly 24
deserving of high praise; therefore be it 25
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 26
the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 27
commend First National Bank on its One Hundred Fiftieth Anniversary 28
and extend best wishes for continued success; and be it further 29
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 30
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to First National Bank. 31
