WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting 5 tribute to the Wadsworth Public Library, for throughout its history, 6 this fine institution has attained a remarkable record of service to 7 the residents of the area. Undertaking an impressive improvement 8 initiative, the library is conducting a ribbon cutting for its 9 renovated local history room during its anniversary event, and it has 10 certainly become an exceptional community resource; and

WHEREAS, Since its inception, the Wadsworth Public Library has 12 fostered education, culture, and individual growth and achievement by 13 providing a variety of innovative and beneficial programs and 14 services. As a focal point for many local activities and a valuable 15 instrument for community improvement, the library has earned the 16 respect and appreciation of countless patrons and has set an example 17 of excellence that is worthy of emulation; and
