The resolution commends the team on their tremendous season and salutes them as some of Ohio's finest citizens. A copy of the resolution will be transmitted to the Rock Hill High School cheer team.

Honoring the Rock Hill High School cheer team as a 2025 OASSA State Cheer Champion.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 136th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Rock Hill 2
High School cheer team on winning first place in the Division 4 game 3
day building category at the 2025 Ohio Association of Secondary School 4
Administrators State Cheer Championship; and 5
WHEREAS, A remarkable group of young athletes, the members of the 6
Rock Hill High School cheer team have established themselves as truly 7
exceptional competitors by combining talent and spirit with the 8
highest ideals of good sportsmanship. With admirable dedication, the 9
team members have worked diligently toward attaining ultimate 10
proficiency in their sport, and as a result, they secured first place 11
in the Division 4 game day building category at the 2025 OASSA State 12
Cheer Competition; and 13
WHEREAS, The achievements and leadership of the Rock Hill High 14
School cheer team are a justifiable source of pride and an excellent 15
reflection on the members of the squad, Trinity Matney, Miranda 16
Howard, Ellie Hunt, Autumn Blankenship, Haleigh Tyson, Savannah 17
Barnes, Kailey Swed, Haylie Aliff, Kayleigh Sisler, Lexi Craft, 18
Kourtney Jenkins, Jada Boggs, Laycee Dalton, Bridgette Stapleton, 19
Kassidy Lyons, Rose Beckett, Taylor Leninger, and Hailey McFann, as 20
well as their families, their school community, and their coach, Terri 21
Stamper. Indeed, these athletes have developed determination, 22
perseverance, and camaraderie that they have displayed proudly in all 23
of their competitive endeavors; and 24
WHEREAS, With athletics playing such an important role in the 25
total education of our young people, we are pleased to pay tribute to 26

the Rock Hill High School cheer team for a job well done. The maturity 27
and experience that these exemplary young Ohioans have gained through 28
their participation in sports will greatly aid them in meeting the 29
challenges of the future; therefore be it 30
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 31
the 136th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 32
commend the Rock Hill High School cheer team on its tremendous season 33
and salute the members and coaches as some of Ohio’s finest citizens; 34
and be it further 35
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 36
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Rock Hill High 37
School cheer team. 38
