SB 182: Designate John E. Gallagher Way
The bill proposes to designate a portion of a highway in Cleveland, Ohio as "John E. Gallagher Way". The northeastbound and southwestbound lanes between 47th and 50th Streets will bear this name. The Ohio Department of Transportation is authorized to install suitable markers along the highway to indicate its new name.

To enact section 5534.926 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 10 in Cleveland as "John E. Gallagher Way."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5534.926 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:
Sec. 5534.926. In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of state route number ten between west forty-seventh street and west fiftieth street, in the municipal corporation of Cleveland in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "John E. Gallagher Way."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
