This bill makes an appropriation to continue funding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) programs, and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). The funding is contingent on a lapse in federal funding. The state will use its budget stabilization fund to cover the costs.
