1 To enact section 5.64 of the Revised Code to designate August 20 as "Benjamin Harrison Day."

2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

3 Section 1. That section 5.64 of the Revised Code be 4 enacted to read as follows:

5 Sec. 5.64. The twentieth day of August is designated as 6 "Benjamin Harrison Day" in recognition of President Benjamin 7 Harrison, who was born on that day in North Bend, Ohio, in 1833.
