BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.63 of the Revised Code be
4enacted to read as follows:4
Sec. 5.63.
5The twenty-ninth day of May is designated as6 "John F. Kennedy Day" in recognition of President John F.7 Kennedy, who was born on that day in 1917.7
