SB 421: Increase time period to bring civil action for sex offense victim
<blockquote>The bill proposes to amend Ohio's Revised Code by increasing the period for filing a civil action related to sex offenses from one year to five years after the cause of action accrues. It also extends this change indefinitely, originally scheduled to take effect on October 12, 2028.
