A R E S O L U T I O N
Honoring Amberly Szczerbiak on being named the 2025 Ohio Fairs' Queen.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Amberly 2
Szczerbiak as the 2025 Ohio Fairs’ Queen; and 3
WHEREAS, A student at Miami University, Amberly Szczerbiak 4
represents other young women throughout the state who have established 5
high personal goals and have striven to achieve their potential, and 6
her selection as this year’s Ohio Fairs’ Queen is a fitting tribute to 7
her for the enthusiasm and initiative she has continually displayed. 8
Richly endowed with keen intelligence and a multitude of skills, she 9
was previously crowned the 2024 Fayette County Fair Queen, and we are 10
certain she will be a remarkable ambassador for the Great State of 11
Ohio; and 12
WHEREAS, Known and admired throughout her community for her work 13
with the All-N-One and Jeff All Arounders 4-H clubs, the Miami 14
Trace/Great Oaks FFA Chapter, and the Fayette County Junior Fair Board 15
as well as for her volunteerism with the Fayette Regional Humane 16
Society, Amberly Szczerbiak has truly had a positive impact on her 17
beloved Fayette County. Never content to take a passive role in life, 18
she has brought insight and exceptional ability to all of her 19
endeavors, and her amiable style will serve her well in the future; 20
and 21
WHEREAS, This honor is a reflection of Amberly Szczerbiak’s 22
tremendous record of accomplishment, and she has served as an 23
inspiring example for other youth. Her many strengths and distinctive 24
qualities, combined with her engaging personality, will no doubt carry 25
her far beyond this event and be of great benefit to her throughout 26

her lifetime; therefore be it 27
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General 28
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Amberly 29
Szczerbiak as the 2025 Ohio Fairs’ Queen and, in so doing, salute her 30
as one of Ohio’s finest citizens; and be it further 31
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 32
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Amberly Szczerbiak. 33
