AB 1288: Registered environmental health specialists.

This bill aims to amend certain sections of the health and safety code to update the certification and registration of registered environmental health specialists. The bill would prohibit applicants from being reexamined for 90 days after failing the written examination, and revise the educational requirements for registration.
