AB 1627: Public employment: disqualifications.
<p>The bill amends sections of California's government code regarding public employment qualifications. It disqualifies individuals from becoming peace officers if they were employed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) between September 1, 2025, and January 20, 2029.
