AB 2063: Legislative information system: bill position letters.

The bill aims to amend the government code to make more information available to the public. The legislative counsel will be required to make public the text, bill history, and bill status of each bill introduced and amended in the current session, as well as analyses prepared by committees. Starting with the 2027-28 regular session, letters submitted through the internet portal will also be included in the publicly available information.
