AB 2323: Publication: newspapers of general circulation.

<p>This bill requires public notices that must be published in a newspaper of general circulation to be published in both the print edition and the newspaper's internet website or electronic newspaper. The notice must be published according to the prescribed publication periods and legal requirements. The newspaper must meet certain criteria, including a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers and regular printing and publishing intervals in the state, county, or city where the publication is given.</p>
