AB 233, Gipson. Alcoholic beverages: licensees.
Existing law, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, authorizes a licensed beer manufacturer or wholesaler to sell beer from wagons or trucks to licensees authorized to sell beer.
This bill would additionally authorize a licensed beer manufacturer or wholesaler to sell beer to licensees authorized to sell beer from trailers.
The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 23388 of the Business and Professions Code is amended to read:23388.
A licensed beer manufacturer or a licensed beer wholesaler, in addition to selling beer at their licensed premises, may sell beer from wagons, trailers, or trucks operated by them to licensees authorized to sell beer.Text of AB 233 as chaptered, from the official record.
