AB 254: California-Ireland Trade Commission.

This bill would establish a California-Ireland Trade Commission to advance bilateral trade and investment between the two regions. The commission would be an advisory body to the governor and the legislature, consisting of appointed members. It would report its findings, results, and recommendations to the governor and the legislature within a year of its initial organizational meeting and annually thereafter.
